Reset Retreat is a private residential wellness concept for the people who keep Europe’s high-performance industries running — and who have nowhere serious to go when performance starts to erode.
The concept is built around structured residential programmes, set across secluded estates in Northern Europe. Stays run between seven and twenty-eight days. Every stay is private, fully managed, and tailored to the individual.
The environment is deliberate. Nordic landscapes, cold water, sauna culture, and forest — not as amenities, but as functional elements of the programme itself. This is not a spa. It is something that does not yet exist at the level it should.

The existing options are either clinical in a way that carries stigma, or indulgent in a way that achieves nothing. Neither is designed for the person who needs to return to full capacity — not relax away from it.

Asset-light by design. Operated through Sassen Group B.V. in the Netherlands, with a phased expansion strategy across Northern Europe. The model is built to scale without capital concentration in real estate.
Reset Retreat sits at the intersection of three converging conditions: the executive wellness market is growing, investment in structured performance support has been normalised at the highest levels of European business, and demand for privacy-first residential programmes consistently outpaces supply.
